Just watched the No Dress Rehearsal documentary on Prime and it was awesome.

Makes me sad and miss The Hip again, but for any fans who haven't seen it I highly recommend.

@brentashton just saw you mention it near the top. What a ride that was.

I enjoy a nice handful of popcorn every so often…

warning: ear worm risk

This is the sound of two Coleco Pong toys having unprotected sex.

heh. I don't mind popcorn but its more dated than it was.

Its like when you take out what you thought was a small keyboard out of the closet, brush the dust off, and realize it sounds like 1969. Not in a good way. Like it only makes 6 different synthesized sounds kind of way.

Was able to see the legend last night. I was definitely in the presence of rock royalty. Last ever concert in North America . Jeff has a few dates in England in summer and then retirement.

Awesome!!
So happy for you.
I couldn’t go (Vancouver) and I’m so regretting missing my one chance to see ELO.
14 musicians on stage. It was a great show. His voice was very true and you could tell it was accurate as he moved in and out from the mic. 76 yo though and the last show in the tour , he showed he was tired. I feel blessed to have seen his show before he hangs it up.

Awesome! I wanted to see them in Vancouver but didn’t work out. Today by coincidence I was listening to some ELO and then the cover of Do Ya by Ace Frehley a few times, one of my favorite cover songs.

That’s too bad you didn’t go. He played Do Ya in Phoenix. 3rd or 4th song in. The whole evening was like putting a greatest hits album on the turntable and just letting it run.

Some of you King Crimson fans in here as I recall. They are hitting Vancouver November 25. First one from their show this week at Toronto. I had the pleasure of seeing Tony Levin with Peter Gabriel a couple times. Even if not Crimson fans look at the lineup of musicians. Carey, Vai, Belew, Levin. Worth seeing.

hard to get good recordings unfortunately of the live tour.
