Really proud of these guys. I would have been proud of them either way it would have just taken a week or two for me to get over the choke and enduring jeers from other fanbases to do so.

They're at the dance and they made it a lot quicker than any of us expected, especially after their start this season. If you would have told me we lost Laine + Guhle for an extended period of time and Dach went down with another season ender, I'd have pegged us for the basement again.

No matter what happens going forward, this is big for this group to have this pressure and play these games.

Even if we get bounced in four games, so what... we are in the mix. Headed in the right direction with so much youth talent that hasn't even began to reach its potential yet.

Just finished the game. Put the kids to bed and had a sauna before starting to watch so I could be in peak relaxation mode. I screamed so loud after the Suzuki goal I woke up the baby. But it's all worth it in the end. Let's go!!!!!!
