I hate to agree but you're right. Pleks had a disappearing act last year. Got a goal and assist in final 10. Patches we know about and Markov has 4 career playoff goals in 75 games. Huh?

Plekanec has been the least of our problems, relatively speaking.

Pacioretty also has an excuse, although his inability to pass to anyone not named Desharnais is getting to be a serious issue.

Last year was... odd. We played against the worst goalie of the playoffs, then we played against the Bruins, the only ******* team we're good against recently, and the Rangers. Heck, we had BOURQUE, who scored 8 ****ing goals.



No matter how many fourth liners we acquire with "heart and soul", that won't match a solid and effective top 6.
