Especially on forward, we need more size, grit with a little bit of offensive flair. McCarron will be a welcome addition in the next couple of years.

I figured out why the pp doesn't work. We lack intelligent forwards. We'very had essentially the same forwards for 2 years now and our pp has steadily dropped. None of our forwards seem to have any hockey smarts. I can't name one.
