Condon shouldn't even see the NHL this season.
After last season, he needs his confidence built back up. Play him in the AHL for a year and give him lots of coaching and support.

Just declined more and more after looking pretty solid in the playoffs, simply too smart to be good in the AHL.

To be fair to the Panther's new regime, Montoya only passed the "Eye Test", his underlying numbers were terrible. lol....
Not sure why they thought Reimer was worth $2.4 million per season more over 5 years?
