Yeah, but I think all countries are like that. When you see some of the early exhibition games overseas, they go crazy for the one player that is from their country, like really crazy. Looking at it from inside Canada, the way the USA cities chant and act during the anthem can be cringe-worthy, but its no different if you put yourself in the shoes of a 'rational' fan watching the game on TV in Boston or Buffalo or St. Louis and seeing how nationalistic some of the fans in Canada act from their point of view.

True but this is why Home ice can be so valuable.

If we needed to win two games with at least one coming on Florida's home ice, I wouldn't like our chances but with games 5 and potentially game 7 in Toronto, we can still get this done.

Nothing to do with the Leafs losing anything. The Panthers found their game on Friday, they’re not allowing anything in the middle of the ice and Bob is not allowing soft goals, not much the Leafs can do about that.

The 4 straight penalties against the Leafs definitely killed them, but the Leafs also got chances to come back in the second and they can't generate anything against the aggressive Florida penalty kill.

Our best lines have also been our 3rd or 4th linez with Nylander and Knies as the only two noticable offensive players in the top 6. You won't win like that
