To say it wasn't intentionnel is a Forrest Gump take and I suggest you to not take as strong positions because it doesn't look good

I mean, I don't know what to Tell you other than to try it for yourself?

It's like you never tripped or something?

Solid intentional Dropkick to the knee

Wtf are you even saying lol
When everyone else is telling you you're wrong and you still insist you're right maybe you need to do some self reflection.

I mean, it's not like Kreider hadn't an extensive track record of running goalies before this one happened

And he "lost an edge" just to fell on his back skates first? GTFO of here with that shit lol
You probably shouldn't have such a strong opinion on this when you've clearly never put skates on in your life

The proof in the video is that he was tripped.

I’ll preface by saying that I don’t think it was intentional, just Kreider driving the net hard, shoots and is unable to stop.

But to say he was tripped, no chance. He fell skates forward. Based on this image, if he was tripped he would have fallen head forward. Unless of course the laws of physics cease to exist in Kreider’s skates, or however Vinny gambini would put it..

Was the 65th anniversary last week of an incident where Jacques Plante had tripped Andy Bathgate who retaliated with a backhand shot to Plante's face.

It wasn’t a slapped shot that did the damage and launched a Heritage Minute. No, Bathgate’s effort was a malign backhand. He told Plante biographer Todd Denault that he’d done it on purpose, vengefully — Plante had tripped him into the boards, he was bleeding, and mad. “I gave him a shot right on his cheek,” he said.

After getting his face sewed up, Plante had to fight with Toe Blake to come back into the game wearing his mask which changed the game forever for goaltenders.
