I mean, it's not like Kreider hadn't an extensive track record of running goalies before this one happened

And he "lost an edge" just to fell on his back skates first? GTFO of here with that shit lol
He's crashing the net positioning for a breakaway with sticks in his feet, is he supposed to contort his body in mid-air with his legs infront of him to avoid price in a fraction of a second when he loses his balance? Idgaf about whatever kreider did in the past. To say this was intentional is Homer insanity and I'd recommend a visit to the optometrist to adjust your prescription

He would have faceplanted if the stick had any effects
Why on earth would he have face planted? Look at the flex on the stick. It flung his left leg forward.

When a player shoots the puck, and the stick flexes like that, does the puck go forwards or backwards?

The Habs fanbase has been gaslighting the hockey community over this play for too long. Enough is enough. Nobody f***ing believes you anymore.

He was gonna go for it, but then wanted to chicken out so he chose the worst of all worlds.

A meh hit with bad intent.

There's some bickering about other plays and a lot shrugging it off, but it shouldnt be lost that the play in the OP is simply insane, even if it's not particularly violent or forceful.

Should be very long suspension. I'd hope the organization trades his dumbass.

If I saw someone do that to my goalie im swinging my stick at your head like a baseball bat.

Lindy Ruff tried to take out Billy Smith's hand by running into his stick. I am glad Ruff got a well deserved 2 minutes

To say it wasn't intentionnel is a Forrest Gump take and I suggest you to not take as strong positions because it doesn't look good

I love how you state this like it's fact when it's just your dumbed-down homer theory

I mean, I don't know what to Tell you other than to try it for yourself?

It's like you never tripped or something?

Embarrassing. Kreider fell from either trip or accident. Nothing intentional in this play at all!

Solid intentional Dropkick to the knee

Do a split while skating and tell me if fall face first.

Wtf are you even saying lol
