He had some fans around here (that you would trust) in his draft year. I haven’t kept up, but it’s something.

NHL metrics have not been good so far.

That was the only year I really took a deep dive into pre draft scouting.

I remember liking him as a middle 6 type player, but he didn’t have a ton of outstanding skills. Good IQ, good profile in terms of shot selection. Would have to go back to my notes to give a detailed description.
