I'd argue that that is my point. Hellebuyck hasn't had that kind of year in my opinion. Also, did you miss the part where a forward became the third player ever to put up 40+ goals and 100+ assists last year and lost the Hart? I agree, if there was a more just system to award the Hart it would be better, but we're stuck with what we have.You seem to be missing the point that the Hart trophy has a long history of treating goalies differently than forwards. It's always taken a historically good year for a goalie to win a Hart, not true for forwards.
