More MVP Worthy Player: Mackinnon, Kuch or Drai?

And the ted lindsay too?

So what is your criteria? Most pts? I mean you obviously think the media and players both get it wrong. Should you just award the mvp yourself?

Who should decide mvp? If not the media nor the players
perhaps read the post that i quoted for context, and then maybe take the rest of the day off. you deserve it.

Hellebuyck has a 0.02 better SV% than Vasi and 0.06 better GAA than Kuemper. Definitely doesn't deserve the Hart, and might even lose the Vezina race. He shouldn't even be in the conversation.
If kucherov is playing on the team with the most goals AND a vezina level goalie then he is probably also not going to get much consideration

The most valuable and best player in the league last season won it, so hopefully Draisaitl wins it this season because he has been the best player and most valuable this season. People thinking that winning the Art Ross by 5 or 10 points deserves the Hart is silly.

IDK man. The gap between Kuch and the rest of Tampa was much bigger than the gape between Mackinnon and Makar/Rantanen.

Kuch had 54 points more than any Lightning player including Point last year. And Kuch actually won Art Ross trophy.

From start to finish Mackinnon was the best player in the league last season, you can disagree with that if you want but Colorado had horrendous goaltending, injuries, horrible depth at forward, Nishuskin missing close to 30 games and Mackinnon kept that team going all season.

Tampa Bay had three 40 goals scorers, six 20+ goal scorers, five 70+ point scorers and even with Vasilevskiy having a bit of a down year, that is still far better then the awful goaltending Colorado had last season. So I think Mackinnon was the very well deserved winner last season. People can disagree on that but Kucherov definitely doesn't deserve it this season.

I’ll never understand the point gap to closest teammate argument. Why would we only consider a couple players on each team?

Kucherov scored 40 goals and then basically exclusively created those other two 40 goal scorers and you use that against him, lol.
Or perhaps the Lightning are just really good at finding good players to compliment their stars.

MEANWHILE IN EDMONTON....

Kucherov should have won lat year, but was robbed because Mackinnon is Canadian and was owed one. The snowflakes up north will find a way to rob him again because he is Russian.
Its wild people really believe this as we watch Ovi do what hes doing.

Odds right now

I wish they would vote the way the award is written and not to the guy who has the most points. Its not the league MVP it is the guy who was most valuable to his team.

If it were me those 3 guys mentioned wouldn't be on my list of finalists.
