Great stuff.

Especially good to hear that Ville has been able to recover his speed and mobility -- tricky injury with a typically asymmetrical recovery line.

Also liked the characterization of Lambert as a listener who works hard and is coachable, and ready to work hard to make the next jump and of the description of the importance of separation speed in a centre who's working back and low in the DZ in order to collect the puck and transition through the neutral zone. Like the idea of a very quick C with strong winger support as an option against the usual Jets mould of the hardworking Lowry-esque C using strength and smarts to defend and move the puck up ice for offence.

The things I took away from this interview is that Parker Ford is really close to being an NHLer...you have to wonder if he has more value to the Jets next year than Kupari, in similar roles. Since Kupari didn't impress enough to get 4C duties. Heinola is also pencilled in to the NHL next year. Will be interesting to see who the centers are for the Moose next year, with Julien joining the ranks, Lucius, Zhilkin coming back from injury. Nikkanen in his 3rd season, Toninato coming back, and Lambert being the best prospect on the farm.

Is Julian joining the moose next year ….. or would it benefit him to have another dominant year in the OhL…. In London.

He’s a late birthday turning 20 after Sept 15 th deadline.

I think Lambert and Chibrikov are ready for prime time!

Heinola made the team last year in training camp and now is finally waiver eligible this year. He would not pass through waivers.

So he has probably played his last game for the Moose.

Where’s the offence going to come from on the farm with those three hopefully graduating.

I’m wondering who the Moose goalies will be in 24-25. Will they go with Milic and DDV, or sign a veteran to share the net with Milic?

I wonder if Jacob Julien gets in like Zhilkin did with the late birthday.

Wagner it seems like the Jets aren't sure whether to bring him over or not...might not be until the end of the season.

Bauer is in no way a better d-man than Barteaux, other than having a contract with the org...He needs to take some big steps.

I'm not sure how much you'll see of Lambert and Chibrikov together, they played on different line for much of last year.

I'd like to see

Toninato (C)-Lucius-Chibrikov
AJF-JAD-Ford
Zhilkin-Julien-Shaw (called up for the rough and tumble games)
Torgersson-Nikkanen- (could be the Lywicki ? kid re-signed)
Suess is still under contract too.

Defense I can't speculate until Heinola signs, because if he gets moved, maybe both Fleury and Coughlan are the #7 and #8.

Kuzmin is a decent skater, reminds me a bit of Gawanke, but smaller. When I watched him paired with Tyrel Bauer last year, he was making plays, while his partner was making mistakes.

Sauntner probably wears a letter, leads the PK on the Moose.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with our depth defensemen

I believe Heinola and Lundmark are now eligible for waivers, along with the rest of the depth you mentionned down to him except Salo. Wouldn't surprise me if we lost at least one of Lundmark, Fleury or Coghlan
