I really don't get why Brière is not firing Tort.

Tort used to be a good coach 10 years ago. He was more humble when he started his career and well he's a good coach. But now he's affected by the Martin-Julien Derangement Syndrome. He thinks he knows better than everyone and it's a dangerous trait to have as a coach. I'm still not sure why so many people defend him. He has honestly not been a good coach for a long while. He's the last coach i would hire for a rebuild.

He's also playing over 17 minutes at even strength. Only Mack and Necas are getting more.

He's been forced to improve defensively as well and it probably saved his career.
