Is it too much to ask for him to look like he's top of his draft class from time to time? He's 20, with a few years in the NHL under his belt. Why does it not show in his play?

He did last year, at the end of the season, but he didn't get better this season. he's been worse and I just keep waiting for him to show that offensive zone dominance we saw glimpses of last year. He has not been an exciting player this year.
