Montreal @ San Jose: Tuesday Feb. 4th 10:30PM EST (TSN2/RDS)

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Why? I don't pay journalists for anything usually. I'd rather get a hooker from St-Laurent / Ste-Cat. :sarcasm:
Those hookers on Ste Catherine are strange. They're always "hey f*** you English, calisse" and then walk away.

I'm there like you said you would, but then left?

Poor-kwah?

But on a more serious boat.

In da mix. If it wasn't for that nice run the Habs would be doing worse than last year.

Progress... ?

Hallelujah, MSL has been enlightened and the players are playing with players they will have chemistry with.

Dobeš will play against LAK, btw.
Last time we played LAK, they were on the road, second game in a row and they won easily. When was the last time Mtl won vs LAK? I know since Danault is a King he never lost a game vs us, so it's been a long long time. They are the Kings and we are the Butlers. We know our rank and we serve the pts on a silver plate.

Flyers are -10 with Michkov. Wow !! Generation talent player, lol.

Habs have far exceeded my expectations so far this season. They have played great hockey the last few months. The wheels have fallen off a bit, but kudos to this bunch, with an extremely subpar roster, they have competed hard and earned the respect of the league. Hopefully the four UFAs all get traded onto solid contenders and can play playoff hockey this year. Things are looking up for the franchise!!

If the the roster remains an extremely subpar roster, Montreal's future is headed for the gutter.

Habs need to add a genuine top-6 C on top of Demidov and another top-4 RHD while hoping that Reinbacher becomes one.

Before that happens, this team is not making the playoffs, although watching Demidov play with Hutson will be fun to watch, for sure..

The 2 teams we're chasing are 2 or the top 3 most improved teams in the league and we're still not cooked.

I'm not too worried, this is after a disgusting L streak that we're gonna bounce back from.

You seriously think we've been losing solely because of goaltending? The first line has done dick all lately besides the Devils game, we have the worst second line in the league, Gallagher's conditioning is killing the 3rd line, and the 4th line is a shell of its former self with Heineman gone.

On the backend, Hutson seems to have hit a wall, Matheson is back to overcomplicating and thus costing us, Guhle's out, and Savard looks slower than ever.

Not to mention that Dobes hasn't been as good lately either.

Prime Carey Price would have a hard time winning with 3 goals in 3 games.
But prime Carey was still blamed…

I Hope This is sarcasm.

Else this Post shows exactly how succesful communication can be : now fans don t care about winning the cup, it s fine to have 15 good games a season and Dream of good prospects. They are millionnaires paid to compete during 6 months over the course of a year, all Teams should compete. They are going into the end of the season looking like another bottom 5 team, they just suck. Where is the respect in that ?
