Yeah, shows how much we lack depth on the blueline, especially offensive depth. There's no one we can rely on to generate transition offense after Markov and Subban. Habs really need Beaulieu to develop.

Habs were great last year until game 30, exciting to watch. They've been mediocre all season outside of the winning streak. Beyond that they've struggled playing .500 hockey.

Budaj has good numbers in a small sample size in which his coach plays him strategically. They mean nothing if tomorrow he has to become a starter and carry the load for 20-30 games.

The team hasn't look good, regardless of their record. It's nothing personal, just the truth.

Not really. He played 2nd night of back to back games. Often against really good teams (Boston a lot). But it is true that he is not a starter. But I still wouldn't say that we're only there because of good goaltending.. But we did get good goaltending so far.
