Bob McKenzie mentioned Shaw / Gally and the Rags on his BobCast, but also said nothing was about to happen. That's probably what they are talking about.

What does New York have to offer? And does Shaw’s contract have negative value? He’s played well the past couple of games, but if he does in fact have negative value, does it make sense to package him in a deal with Chucky where he’ll lower his value?

If the Habs can unload Shaw (esp. now that he's doing well), then that's one albatross contract off the books. Of course, it depends on what would be incoming as the Rangers would definitely try to raid that available Hab Cap room. Or they might just straight out demand that the Habs eat part of Shaw's salary.

Ive been following both the Habs and the Jets. Easy prediction here. Habs are a shadow of their former selves with key players missing and inadequate replacements. Jets are on the upswing with their youths, in the last 5 years all first rounders, are now playing well together. Jets should take this one easy

That's a great question, and I don't know the answer. I've read Kreider's name thrown around, and I've read J.T. Miller's name as well.

Both don't address our most glaring needs (C / D), so it's probably something Bergevin would do.

dunno what to expect tonight.. 0 goals or 8 goals.. hope its the latter because they are going to allow at least 4 goals again

What a tough match-up. And we'd have to count on the back-up goalie coming up with a good one again. How likely is that.

I feel the Habs will surprise us all with a great game. 4-1 Habs with goals from Chucky, Drouin, Petry and Lehkonen.
