Pateryn looked out of place in that first period. It makes the emelin injury look even worse.

You're starting a b2b and you lose a dman on the first shift? That's just really bad luck.

He's obviously just nervous, I watched him play for Hamilton and he's usually muuuch more calm. He'll adapt.

We're going into the PO's with a roster that's struggling to score against an AHL lineup...

Who's coming at us with EVERYthing theyve got, playing at home, with alot of energy

and habs starting their backup, still had plenty of scoring chances and didnt look THAT bad considering their asking alot from their 5 defenseman now, even gilbert is playing on the left side which ive never seen and hes not doing that bad

leave it to habs fans to say a 0-0 period is us playing bad.

loving what im seeing out there, and worst case scenario , therrien changes the lines if we go down a goal, which is actually a GOOD thing.

Best offensive players need to play together. DD and Weise need to be moved down. Since they were put together this team forgot how to score.

I can't believe we've lost both Gonchar and Emelin within a few days.. this is a travesty.

Both are playoff Dmen, Both are needed on this team.

We will find it very tough to play our kind of game without them, and if we can't play our kind of game, its going to be a bumpy ride.

Need to keep reminding myself I'm watching a mid-season tryout camp, not the playoff lineup. Pateryn, Thomas, de la Rose, Tokarski -- this isn't close to what our optimal roster will look like. Not to mention playing 59 minutes with five dmen...

Yeah, let's add third liners while we don't even average three goals per game. Winnik can stay in TO. No disrespect to Winnik but we need a top 6 forward badly.

Bergevin has to act quickly. This isn't fair to blame Therrien with that lineup.
