It's called, "I want to even things out so the only way I can is to call a bogus penalty on Subban". Remember, no accountability for refs in the NHL.

That was a horrifly bad call...how the **** does Subban get a penality for the idiot grabbing him?

I'm pissed at Prust, why the **** is he fighting Trevor Glass when Kreider is after Subban. Especially after he ran Price. Get the extra 2 if you have to and sodomize his ass.

If we start the second period 4vs5 it's just plain crazy.

Seriously, what is going on?

I'm looking at the boxscore:

20:00 NYR Derek Stepan Roughing - 2 min against Lars Eller
20:00 MTL Lars Eller Roughing - 2 min against Derek Stepan
20:00 MTL Lars Eller Roughing - 2 min against Derek Stepan

uhm, what?

It should be:

20:00 MTL Lars Eller Roughing - 2 min against Derek Stepan
20:00 NYR Derek Stepan Roughing - 2 min against Lars Eller
20:00 NYR Marc Staal Roughing - 4 min against Lars Eller

Put a ****ing sensor in a hockey puck. Put sensors all inside the net, sensor flash when goal is good.

We shio humans into space but can't put a ****ing sensor in a hockey puck made of rubber.

Human eyes can clearly see it was a goal but they just chose not to reverse the call. Sensors won't change a thing. The league wants a say in games, fairness and equality come at a distant second.

uhm, what?

They probably looked at Stepan's bloody nose from the crosscheck.

No way in hell Staal should not be in the box though.

I hate the Rangers and these two refs. Idiots.

I'm loving Colby Armstrong on Sportsnet! Hoping Rogers continues to hire ex-players, just like TSN did. It ended up getting them favorites like Mike Johnson and Aaron Ward. I see Armstrong thriving on TV!

Oh, and the game was pretty good too :sarcasm:

Armstrong is like having a not stupid Pj stock. Stock can be entertaining at times but he says the stupidest things a lot.

can anyone explain to me why PK got a penalty on the play where Kreider dropped his gloves to fight him (Subban had his on)? Wernt we supposed to get a PP out of that or did they change the rules?

i dunno what Subban did to warrant a penalty, refs have been complete trash this game.

PK needs to quit diving and he will get those calls in his favor.

They just showed on NBCSN where Subban challenged Kreider in the penalty box to a fight and Kreider agreed to it.

They step out, PK gives the fake drop of the gloves and gets the minor called on him for that.

These refs hate Montreal. I get that. We need a little discipline from our best player though.

I agree, but at the end of the day, Subban didn't drop his gloves. IMO, means he was more disciplined than Kreider... ;)

I know. I saw it, and it was a goal.

But clearly with the amount of close calls, sensors would juste be the logic choice.

Then the penalty was justified. Don't talk the talk without walking the walk. Cowards do that.

Thats why the Rangers have Tanner Glass. To do the fighting for idiots like Kreider.

Rangers start crap at the end of the period and get rewarded with a powerplay. Montreal shorthanded to start the second...

According to the panel: Price responsible for 7 wins 14 points... Without him - outside the playoffs.

I think I might have to agree.

I disagree, this is the oldest trick in the world!!! Get a guy mad and get him to drop the gloves without dropping yours and making him take a penalty, that's just gamesmanship ffs!!! PK didn't deserve a penalty on this! A lot of players do it.

except, they call him for diving when he didnt.

so yeah, next time refs may be inclined to give him another seeing he dives so much according to penalty summary, you know...

I've never seen a player do it. I do however agree that this was not unsportsmanlike. If he were a Bruin he'd be fine.
