Idk if it's his kids, but Price has not been elite for a long time now. When was the last time he won us a game?

Watching that period you'd think we were the worst team in the league & Colorado was vying for a playoff spot.

No real chances. Not a lot of compete from the Habs. Too much standing around.
*sigh*

If they continue to slide over the next 5 games....Claude Julien watch is on ...;)

So Bergy, are you still "all in" with this team?

Guessing the quadrupling down on Therrien will happen sometime next week

MB is delusional if he thinks this team has anywhere close to a shot at a cup without some huge changes.

At this point I didn't even feel comfortable that he would even hire a competent coach if hell were to freeze over and Therrien were to actually be fired.

He would probably just promote Sylvain lol

team makes passes when they are between the circles but shoots from impossible angles.
Next period count if they can make AND recieve 3 consecutive passes.... you will cry.

Let's stay confident. We outshotted them. We got more creative players on each line so I still believe.

Avs remembers that 10-1 loss last December 10. They just want to lose 10-2 :naughty:.

Maybe Nick Carrière is ready to coach this team.

Claude Julien it will be if Therrien gets axed this year....

Bergy got a legit french option right now....

Julien is a "safe" pick....It won't surprise me ,just as Therrien came back...

Habs were a better team with all the injuries. The AHL guys competed much harder than this sad sack

AHL guys are playing for a career and pay even with a clueless tyrant behind the bench; they have to compete or else it is back to the minors. Most of our vets have probably heard more than enough of Therrien and just are tuning him out again and even Muller's "toxic handler"(google the term) job is not helping any more.

Just thinking that myself. Carr was not a bad 4th liner especially with McCarron beside him. Big Mac was a freight train and scared guys.

The A guys at least worked hard. These guys look like they're out for a Sunday skate.

Remember when people said to not worry about our offense? Right, look what happens when Paul Byron plays like a 4th liner and not like a superstar.

Yes, I do.

I think questioning Price's compete level is flat out ridiculous.

Really. So if he's been competing at his hardest and as focused as he can be, how do you explain his lackluster play over the past few months?

I think both his compete level and focus aren't where they need to be. Both goals that period say as much.

Start with real size down the middle.

Playoffs are a totally different... the two centers we have now are a girl and a midget.
