It's funny the year I decided to resign myself to having Patches on the team, he plays the worst hockey of his career. I'm starting to hope that MB can trade him for a big return.
He's streaky, he'll bounce back. He was the wrong choice for the C though. He just doesn't seem like the kind of guy that is cut out for it. At least we aren't as dependent on him to score now.

I find that the Canes and the Habs seem to have respect for each other. They just seem kinder to one another, compared to other teams we face.

Neither team has done much of anything so far but the Canes look a little deadlier. Honestly the Habs haven't looked quite right on the road so far this season (3-2-1 record). Of course, Montoya has started 6 of the 7 on the road as well. Price will be leaned on when we have those mammoth trips in December and January so it's good he gets some rest and a lot of home play early on.

Just turned the game on to see the Habs go on the PP and see DD starting it and losing the faceoff and the zone cleared. It's like a nightmare that has been ongoing for years. :(
