So anyone watching this in 4K? Is it really insane compared to HD?

There was that spittle that got lodged on Petry's upper lip, at the start of the game, right after he had expelled the gyst of it. Wondering how much more of it we could have appreciated in 4K. :sarcasm:

After almost 5 years now I'm still wondering what the Habs plan for Galchenyuk really is. I'm not convinced MB is sold on Galchenyuk and might be skeptical about throwing a long term deal his way. Wouldn't shock me even a little to see Galchenyuk traded this summer.

I'd say I'd do too. But somehow, he probably did something to Bergie's wife that we don't know about.

Injuries robbed him of his golden opportunities. Kinda like Nygren that year before he went back to Sweden.

Don't they have a limited call-up amount post-deadline? Might have to do with that too.

I'd be surprised if he didn't get a very very hard look next year (or even in the PO as a black ace).

They only have Danault as a french QC guy (also have Mitchell as a anglophone that knows french QC and Byron as a Canadian that knows french).

Hudon would both appease the French and Skill crowd of the franchise.

The main problem is that Hudon is mainly a LW and we already have Pacioretty, Lehkonen and Byron as top 9 forward with also King, Martinsen, Ott and Flynn also being capable LW (also Shaw I guess).

I don't think Therrien's use of Galchenyuk during those 5 years helped much either but ultimately, it's a big commitment and I'm thinking the same -- if Galchenyuk can score as he did to close off the season last year, his market value could spike -- and could help fetch a "real" no. 1 centreman in a package.

Did Martinsen hit anyone? Thought it was his trademark. I remember how a COL fan mentioned that he often disappears. That first game may have been misleading.

Yeah it's gonna be interesting to see how MB handles the Galchenyuk situation this summer. He'll probably add to Galchenyuk and trade for Duchene who I don't really consider a "real" #1 center either. I'd rather commit to Galchenyuk long term than trade him for Duchene but that might just be me.
