I think it's time to realize that as much as Bergevin failed to create a better team, Julien's system is completely useless right now.


Maybe, just maybe... Therrien wasn't that bad after all. At least the players knew how to play his system, and many players shined with it. Why? Because it was straight-forward, and perfect for the grinders/energy players with very little puck possession skills or abilities to generate offense. His system was also built around Price... and it makes sense, because we had no offensive tools to be effective at scoring goals. We won a lot of 2-1 games, but at least that's better than losing 1-4 games like it's the case right now...

Why the f*** would you promote ... clearly this team is suffering from something that is beyond what's happening on the ice. As a fan, I have a message for Molson. I grew up half way between Montreal and Toronto in the 60's 70's. I chose to cheer for the Habs because they were exciting, and they were winners. I have stayed true to the team because I still identified them with those characteristics even though, they've been gone for quite a while. I don't see how MB embodies that. He takes chances on high risk high reward players like Semin, Kassian, and Radulov yet jetisons PK for Weber ... I'm ok with the trade ... but.... that's a bit of a contracdiction ... which is it MB. Similarly he looks on the scrap heap for guys like Hemsky, Weber, Byron, Morrow et al for depth .. but somehow won't promote one guy from the AHL who, frankly, bring just as much as any of those guys except for Byron, who was just an error by CGY. I don't see what his vision for the team is ... we've regressed .... that means the architect should be fired
