I understand your point and agree. What I meant is we're playing like crap, losing games but we aren't actually trying to tank if I am making sense. The team wants to win but they don't have a %#$%# clue how.

Sad part is the team isn't constructed with tanking in mind. We are playing awful and sucking and nobody from players to management seems to care.

That's actually not a bad thing for the team. They still have a few pieces that can get good value for a quick rebuild and they could start fresh within 2 years with a bright future. As with every team in their situation though, they will stay in denial for a few years will their pieces lose any remaining value they have and THEN start their rebuild that will take 5x as long.
