This goal was not on Dobes. This game highlights how the Canadiens' system is dysfunctional while the Kings are giving a masterclass in team defense. Everyone knows where they need to be and they smother everything the Habs try to create. They look like headless chickens compared to LA.

Montembeault got the easy game against the worst team in the league, and barely made it out of San Jose with the win.

If he was playing against the Kings tonight, the way he played against the Sharks, we’d have been down a touchdown by the second period.

He’s a good goalie when he’s on, but he loses his focus easily, which leads to some seriously bad goals.

Good motivator? Sure.

But his ability to coach during the game is horrendous.

Absolutely pathetic. Except for Suzuki and Caufield we got 0 secondary offense.

Only Monahan was worthy of such accolades. We had Laine show up and he killed it for ~20 games.

We have some serious issues. We got nobody producing since Laine became cold.

Disgusting really. Give us a decent top 6 player to compliment Suzuki, Caufield, Laine. Maybe Slaf but I'm losing patience with him.
