While it never hurts to talk, I see absolutely no point in making any trades at this point period. The past two games the team has started to look like the team from last year. We have some pretty significant firepower in Gaborik and Horton that will be coming back within a month. Let's see what all this adds up to before making any moves. We now have some depth where we can make a trade if it is helpful. But it is most important to know exactly where we are before plotting a course to go somewhere else. Stand pat for now.

Collberg is playing for Frolunda with Wennberg when he's in the SEL or Soberg when he's down in J-20 team. That should be a swap of prospect at most.

My problem with other fans posting "trade offers" is that they never listen to input. The Jackets are short on scoring forwards, and Nick Foligno has been one of the few productive ones. They're also heavy on young defensemen - so heavy in fact, that a guy like Tim Erixon is relegated to the minors.

So naturally, we must want to deal one of our only productive forwards, in exchange for another young defenseman that won't be on our roster. Makes sense!

Columbus is stocked in terms of young defensemen, bottom-6 forwards, and goaltending prospects. What they are missing are impact forwards (barring some major turn around if/when Horton and Gaborik get healthy).

Don't want to trade us an impact forward? Ok, we don't have much to talk about then...
