Harris definitely didnt inspire a lot of confidence for me. His O-line didnt help but considering his age and the mobility Adams Jr brings, I think the right call was made.

That said, Adams Jr needs to do a better job not going for broke on ecery possession and be a bit more calculated in his throws. He has great drives where he easily moves down the field but other drives where it seems like hes going for 20-30 yard throws that arent there.

The only move that will get me excited is if they fire the proven loser GM and get someone that actually knows how to build a winning team. He was the one responsible for the product on the field, not the coach. Sad, that signing Adams is being referred to as am important move, when it only shows how bad the QB's
on the team actually were. How is it every other team has QB's 3 deep and the Alouettes can't even find and sign a decent one?

Vernon Adams Jr is the perfect #2 QB. The one you send in for 3rd down and a yard to go, or to end one sided games. Adequate replacement in case of injuries.

He's missing that key ingredient to be a real #1 qb. Football instinct.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up head coach at some point down the line, he seems to have the right mind for it. Him coming back in the organization was a no brainer in any case.

Can't say I'm confident with the moves that where made by the Alouettes and the others teams, especially in the East with Ottawa and Toronto that go stronger. I hope we will have success in the US FA because I don't think we will have a great season
