I had assumed Seth-Dean vs. Sheamus-Cesaro was already a match but I guess Shield fist thing had to happen to make it official. The back and forth with those two have been entertaining...should be a good match on Sunday. They've needed a good face tag team and it doesn't get hotter than two-thirds of the Shield.

Nia is so awkward in the ring. She's cartoonishly bigger than most of the gals on the roster. Seeing Sasha barely get the Banks Statement on her is pretty funny and the fact that Nia can't power out of it makes little sense. Sasha needs to be like Shawn Michaels when he'd have to overcome big guys like Sid and Mankind and Vader. Get in some hot offense and win via pinfall. That submission move doesn't work on a woman twice her size.

Tozawa winning the belt on Raw is a big surprise...had to believe it would've happened at SummerSlam. Do we actually get a rematch on Sunday? Maybe 205 Live will plant the seeds of that. It would make for a more intriguing match with Neville bent over losing and having to regain the belt this time. I'd be disappointed if they don't do this again on Sunday.

No IC feud for Miz is a joke while we have feuds like Cass-Show and Bray-Balor. Them telegraphing Demon Balor on Sunday was an amateur move. Maybe I'll start enjoying Cass if he gets past this initial feud. You guys have said his promo was good...I fast forwarded through that segment so I'll try to catch it somehow. The midcard is kinda meh on the Raw side. Frankly, I've got more interest in Orton-Rusev and Cena-Corbin...but that's not saying much.

The last segment was fine...mostly dominated by Paul talking. I could've used a shorter Paul promo and more interaction with the 4 guys. The whole thing was oversold and under-delivered. Just give us the match already...glad it's this weekend. I do like the unpredictability of this match. I can see how any of the four could win. That'll make for a good main event.

Imagine if Roman wins and Seth and Dean won their match...the three of them in the middle of the ring to close the show all holding belts. Why not?

So am I the only one that thinks Bo Dallas right now looks like the love child of RVD and Leonardo DiCaprio?

If Ambrose and Rollins win the tag titles on Sunday, Ambrose will be the youngest grand slam champion ever, I believe.

Thinking about it. That main event segment somehow made me want a Brock/Braun match even less.

That's the feeling I got, too. No animosity between the two whatsoever.

I also felt like it made Joe look INCREDIBLY weak. Luckily we've got some prior knowledge of Joe but he was made to look like trash during the actual physical part of the segment. Gets speared out of the ring by Reigns, stays down forever, and then it only takes 2 guys to restrain him outside of the ring meanwhile it took 6-7 for Braun and Brock, each.

And where did Roman even go? That whole segment was weird.

He went under the ring to call up his Shield brothers.

Strowman vs. Lesnar is so money, but they botched it last night pretty bad. There was no heat to it like you get with other pull apart brawls involving Brock. Brock/Joe, Brock/Taker, Brock/Cena...all so much better. I would have let them go at it with Strowman laying out Lesnar with his powerslam and stand tall to close the show with Joe staring him down from the outside and the camera panning to Roman sitting against the barricade selling.

Exactly what it was missing. The segment had no heat.

Brock has no reason to care about Braun, and honestly neither does Braun for that matter outside the belt.

Sucks because it was a good RAW, and this is a match I still look forward to.
