I’ve lived in Alberta for over 15 years and they are always blacked out. It’s a regional TV contract, they literally can’t play them outside the Jets region when Roger’s paid for the national NHL broadcast rights in Canada

What if you live in Winnipeg but you want to watch the game on your phone in Alberta? That should be allowed.
