Going Up?
For sure BUT we shouldn’t have even been in that spot. The GWG went into and out of his glove. It's a point headed to OT where Jack and Bratt can make anything happen. Just a terrible goal to give up in the final minute.

He was our best dman out there tonight and still somehow gets all the blame.
I definitely think it was
We should be steamrolling the Sharks.
But if you're saying this as in we should have been out of the game long ago and not with 30 seconds left, I agree.
We were daring them to get the go-ahead goal as soon as we tied it.
Once again, this is a pathetic no-show game.

This whole routine was tired even before the most crushing loss of the season. He was ****ing horrible too, I don’t even know what this is. Post another chartHe was our best dman out there tonight and still somehow gets all the blame.
The rational part of my brain knows that this is a bad stretch, but they team has shown a lot more good than bad this year, most teams go through bad stretches like this in a long season, and that the team will get back to it when they find their groove.there are 41 games to play and it’s neck and neck. there’s no way this decides anything at all. but it’s concerning to see them be so f*cking bad right now
I think it is the worst loss. It's one thing to play poorly and lose to a good LA team. It's also OK to have one game against a shit team like Anaheim where you blow it with a few minutes left. This isn't even the worst loss on the trip, lol
All struggled defensively tonight.Tallest little person contest. Horrible turnover at the center line with 2 minutes left to go. Lazy clears right to SJ on other shifts. Every D had an awful turnover today, so again, maybe he was the best D.

But the other part of my brain is panicking.

It's a completely different thing when you follow up those two games by playing like dogshit against a last place team, still have a chance to salvage a point, and instead blow it less than a minute left in regulation.
If this was an isolated game ok, but the fact that it's the exclamation point on a four game losing streak...this is really ugly. Uglier than anything we've seen in a several years I'd argue, given expectations.
"All the blame" LOL dude you're obssessed. He was our best dman out there tonight and still somehow gets all the blame.
Maybe try Timo w Hughes again?
I dont think trading Mercer is the answer given how bad the bottom 6 is.
I think we need to try and bring forward the trade deadline acquistions to now. Get a 3C and a middle six winger. That allows us to bump Palat from Hughes-Bratt line and move Huala down to 4th line.
I knew you would come in here and fellate the Sharks. You did it last time. Only you.Not sure if anyone here listens to the Devils Insiders podcast. The two seem to revel in trashing former Devils like Mike Grier and Billy Guerin.
While the success of the Wild has been well documented, it's tough to not see good things with the young talent the Sharks are starting to accumulate.
Somehow I just had a feeling the Sharks would find a way to win this game.
Right now, they're not good enough. With some good adds to the bottom 6 I think they can get there. It's pretty much a toss up for me with which team is better, especially at their best. I feel like this version of the team plays a more responsible and sustainable brand of hockey though.I'm both just so beyond them right now and also know this isn't what they are. At the same time though what they really are ALSO is not good enough to win a Cup. I'm definitely in the minority here but I do think the 22-23 team was better.
