That ref held on to his whistle too long on that penalty delay... Zephyrs touched it twice, yet no whistle blew... eventually the Hawks scored.

Man, I just saw that box score breakdown for White Bear vs Grand Rapids. White Bear was a rival school of mine, but I still can't help but feel sorry for those kids. That's a rough way to lose. Will they ever win a State Tournament game?

Have you ever been to WBL? It's very working class and going downhill REAL FAST. It ain't Delwood kids playing for WBL.

Honestly around the HS area there it very much reminds me of 1980s St. Paul. So...I suspect it will be just as shitty as St. Paul another few decades or so from now. Tho I hope I'm wrong about that.

Mahtomedi kids strike me way more as entitled than WBL.

Considering I grew up 10 minutes from WBL.. Yes, I have been to WBL. Every time I came across a WBL hockey player, they thought they were too good to be on the ice with us lowly non-WBL players.

Uh huh. I grew up 10 min from there too.

Do not worry tho, what happened to my neighborhood is spreading so like I said you will see it go downhill over next few decades.
