And I think equally the frequency of those highs. I just don't see the argument that a team that hasn't won the tourney in 18 years, and only been in it like 7 times in that stretch needs be in AA.
If this current streak continues and they go on a Hermantown like run I'm on your side. I just don't think they are there nearly consistently enough to be pushed to AA.
You'll never convince me of that. Teams that can compete via quality of players vs quantity of pool should compete.
So many TERRIBLE AA schools that are only AA because of high enrollment, left not having a chance to compete because they get zero quality.
Teams that get that quality, playing down only further waters things down and ensures less variety in the AA tournament as well as defeating the entire purpose of the A tournament. Giving schools a chance that don't get one at AA.
I'm sure I'm not changing your opinion here either though, so we'll just have to agree to disagree.
Ultimately, I still miss this being single class.
