Out of all those 9th inning hitters Stanton looked like the clueless rookie. Totally bailed out Boston

Gary just missed his pitch or we were going to game 5.Its a game of inches indeed.

If only "Doesn't give up homers" Britton doesn't come in and give up his 69th homer since the trade to a guy slugging .278.

Stanton is irredeemably dead to me after this post season

So many demoralizing moments that he was right in the center of.

Gleyber Torres was overwhelmed all series by the moment. He had no business starting after game 1. I said it then and i stand by it

I get the Britton homer sucks because he gave it up to their worst hitter, but 6 innings of 1 run from the pen, it's hard to complain about that. Boone just didn't have a quick enough trigger on CC.

You could make a case how the first and second went, someone should have already been warming to start the third, and definitely someone warming when he hits the first batter of the third.

That was some bullshit but team is still such a blessing compared to the Rangers. Window is still wide open.

But Cashman needs to wake the f*** up and change the approach of this team or they're going to end up like the Sharks/Blues/Caps (for awhile) and never get it done when it counts.

Castro was horrendous in the postseason last year. He's another guy with no gameplan at the plate.
I stand corrected. Still a bad trade though, considering Stanton's contract duration. That'll prevent us from addressing a need down the line.
