You've been watching this team long enough to know you should be buying the stuff by the crate rather than the bottle!!! SHAME on you!!This has got to be the longest game of the year if not two years. I'm running out of vodka got dammit!!
This current Yankees lineup verses the Phillies is giving me flashbacks to those awful Yankees teams from the 80's
They had a few rough years in the decadeYankees didn't get bad until about 1989. They would've been a Wild Card Team at least 3x in the 80s.
Great if they let him pitch to Pete AlonsoWe might see Dave Jauss pitch before this night is over
AAAA Yankees win again lol
It's simply torturous watching Met games and yet I go thru the torture chamber night after night.
Sure, we can wait until he figures out AAA when he's 27 to try him out, and then we won't need to worry about a big second contract, win winTBF, Florial's numbers in AAA are pretty pedestrian. And while we have no idea how he looked in Florida last summer, his numbers in 2019 in A+ were downright bad.
Everyone's talked about his natural talent for years, and of course injuries played their part over the last three seasons, so he may well be one of those guys where it finally just clicked. (Let's hope so!) But we can hardly blame Cashman for his stance.
And trust me, I've grown increasingly critical of the Yankees' GM over the last 3-4 years.
LOL.Sure, we can wait until he figures out AAA when he's 27 to try him out, and then we won't need to worry about a big second contract, win win
Sarcasm was directCashman needed his arm twisted 14 ways to do it. I'm just really annoyed at the group-think that goes on behind the scenes with the Yankees and how they never consider the miniscule % that they may not be able to predict the future perfectly. After florial had a good game, give him another 2! If bad, send down, if ok, give him another 2! Instead of rushing him down after 1 game to hide him so you can preach how he's not ready and appear 'right' again.LOL.
C'mon. I just finished saying I've grown increasingly critical of Cashman over the last several years (basically since the season after he acquired Gleyber, Frazier, etc.). I'm just saying this one move isn't worth noting. I mean, he *is* up now, and after only half a season of somewhat mediocre play. That's, uh, pretty aggressive.
