I think they would grab Moustakas and if the price is a lot cheaper then Donaldson. If anything we still have Drury

We should absolutely trade for Matt Harvey as he 2nd arm we acquire as a buy low candidate IF the price is indeed low. I prefer his experience over German and Gray down the stretch. Doesnt hurt to have 6 capable starters.

My ideal moves would be:

Trade Sheffield, Andujar, and another piece for DeGrom

Trade xxx for Britton

Trade xxx for Moustakas/Donaldson

Trade xxx for Harvey

Don't know why you'd trade for Harvey to replace Gray when Gray is a far better pitcher than Harvey.
