Locker room vibesDon't get what Chisholm is supposed to help with. The guy is another nothing burger offensively.
And I have a suspicion he will block Dominguez this yearDon't get what Chisholm is supposed to help with. The guy is another nothing burger offensively.
Nobody is blocking Dominguez. When he's healthy his bat is getting right back in the line up.They will find a spot for him.And I have a suspicion he will block Dominguez this year
I didn't hear any Conforto rumors. I think this moves Nimmo back to right field.
From foe to friend. This is a DJ Stewart upgrade. Can run Nimmo in center more too if they want to.
This puts to bed the Conforto rumors.

I'm skeptical about Marte -- even if he returns, I think he's done here after this season. There was a post article about it the other day.
Nimmo probably gets more CF reps now and McNeil most likely slides to RF more often until Marte comes back.
Amazing how they can morph from a hitting machine to hitless wonders so quickly....Mets are the only team I've ever seen where the entire lineup goes cold at the same time. This one is headed for a L. Not taking 3 of 4 from a hurting Atl team is disappointing. Nimmo is in a funk.
Just goes to show the quality of Atl's starters and bullpen. They're ripping Minnesota a new one. Nimmo and Alonso look alive, which is encouraging.Amazing how they can morph from a hitting machine to hitless wonders so quickly....Mets are the only team I've ever seen where the entire lineup goes cold at the same time.
How does he get a save in a blow-out? Does pitching last three innings automatically qualify you?Nice save for Butto.

As it turns out, I looked it up and I guessed correctly: A pitcher who pitches the last three innings of a game automatically gets a save no matter what the score is.He was being facetious I believe.

I don't ever recall them putting that rule into place. I'll have to check on when it became "a thing".So he wasn't being facetious. My bad..
