I'm happy for Stephens. But I can't wait for him to be sent back to Laval. The Rocket can definitely use him.

If the Monahan - Evans - Anderson line continues to do well, it will be interesting to see what they do when one of Pearson, RHP, and Newhook are back. Does Evans go back to 4c and then Stephens to Laval? Or, if Evans stays in the top 9, do we keep Stephens up as 4c?

He's been doing everything you want from a 4th line centre, he has been great on faceoffs, solid defensively and has chipped in with a couple of goals.

On a good team no. But he's the type that can carve out a late entrance into the league and a 3-4 year career across bottom feeders.
