Yeah his game is much improved after returning from his injury layoff.
I can see now why there was talk of him going early in the nhl draft.

His coach can say whatever he wants. Mitchell Miller will never play in the NHL and deservedly so. He's a horrible human being and never honestly showed any remorse for his actions. No NHL team will take that bad publicity.

KHL is a low rent junior B league. Unless an oligarch in a city has spare rubles to wash out in a team its a handful of top tier teams and the rest are .400 teams. And this kid and his parents squandered hard currency and Boeing jets for 50 yr old soviet prop planes. This league is dead as certain persons in a certain conflict.

And that’s a damn good deal for Bars Kazan and Miller, he’s much improved this year and today in a huge playoff game led the D in ice time at 22.42.

The irony is Miller is making more in Kazan than he would on a entry level NHL contract. His $500k KHL deal is roughly equivalent to a $1 million NHL contract if taxes are taken into consideration. Then there's all the under the table bonuses he'd be privy to.

Not sure about great, but people thought he had good chance to make the league.

Finished playoffs with 4+9 after 13 games, alas he was one of few who played well for Ak Bars.
