Agreed. I'd still like to LTIR Tavares and have him available for the playoffs. Circumvent the cap and force this dumb league to close the loop hole.

It really is very simple. Sit Marner down and give him a couple options:

I do not believe Marner has the mental toughness required to withstand an entire season of constant media and fan vitriol, especially with the volume turned up to 11. Apply enough pressure, and he’ll waive.

Again I posted this all day today, it’s not just kipper. You have fans on Twitter who were sitting behind the leafs bench saying Matthews and Nylander were yelling at each other. So Kippers notes on what he heard supports it, so does those who were at the game behind the bench. Why? Marner is not know to be a a goal scorer in the regular season or playoffs, most leaf fans know this.

couple things- im 46, fan since i was like 5 years old. They really miss Naz. 2. If Reilly keeps this up Dubas will only overpay him by 2 instead of 3 million. No heart, no compete, scared. They need to bring up Marchment. Babs needs to BENCH BOTH Marner and AM. The compete level of this sorry group is sickening.
