Pastrnak making 13.47%, you are right that I calculated wrong (used a 92.5 vs 95 cap) so it would be 12.9ish million.

This goes down the same rabbit hole, Marner gets USD as a canadian so the 12.9 becomes ~18m. Marner also gets more ad revenue than pastrnak could dream of

all in all the money evens out even with taxes. I believe marner isn't a better player so he 12.5x8 is insanely fair and more is an overpayment, but 12.9 should be the max ceiling no matter what. Internally he gets more than nylander and less than Matthews too.

1-again get paid in CAD doesn't make you richer when everything you will pay will be ajust... exemple paying something 1M in USA that will cost you ~1,39 M in Canada. That doesn't make you richer, just than US dollar value is higher.
