Chisholm was at Montreal’s development camp and was listed as a standout in an article I read on NHL.com. He needs playing time, so hopefully a trade is in the works for him, otherwise he will get buried in the lineup. Hate to see him leave the fish — him and Veccia are the only forwards that play a heavier game.
After 2 goals and only 4 points in 49 games, I dont think many teams are lining up for a 2003 born with that kind of lack of production. If you're a good team, you don't want a forward with 4 points in 49 games in your top 9. If your a bad team, you want younger guys getting the playing time not a 2003

Edit; looking at your recent posts "03HockeyFan" you seem to spend a lot of time trying to convince the Montreal forum that '03 Chisholm is actually good lol. Not this again.....

A team may like him enough to give him a chance, assuming the price is low, given his size.

Maybe they will even let him go to a QMJHL team. He can probably do well there.

OAs will be Callaghan, Hardie, Uberti. No way they exit Uberti after what they paid for him.

That said, Uberti underperformed / didn’t seem to be a good fit. Never quite gelled with Hardie and Del Bel, and the demotion of Collins didn’t help Collins either.
Richmond is a really good coach, so I would not be surprised if Chisholm was prepared for a rookie camp, though I did over look both him and Callahan for spots on the steelheads this season.
If keeping Callahan and rookie camp standout Chisholm; the steelheads need to drop Collins, and will have no spot for one or two of B.Schwindt and Struthers and import.
Uberti certainly did not add much to the DelBelBelluz-Hardie line, but I thought he was pretty good once ‘demoted’ to 3rd line centre; and for me, that was when Misa began to standout with more TOI as his LW. I also thought the steelheads were better for having a 3rd line that got regular shifts.
Though I expect Uberti with the first line again, I think the steelheads would have a standout third line with a 6’2”, 200 lb OA between the import and one of Veccia or rookie Kamiris.
