Don't remember the last time the Wild Card race for both Conferences was all but over this early.
USA Hockey willingly left this player off their roster over Nelson & Trocheck.![]()
Hopefully this means we hear less whining for extended playoffs.Don't remember the last time the Wild Card race for both Conferences was all but over this early.

And Kreider
oh look yet another person left the Flyers to go on and have a great career elsewere..Realised something funny today.
Since Jeff Reese basically told the Flyers to get lost and left...
not one of the goalies he has had in Dallas has EVER been under .900 over their time with the team. (albeit Niemi and Lehtonen were below average for era)
Niemi: .900
Lehtonen: .906
Bishop: .923
Khudobin: .917
Holtby: .912
Wedgewood: .907
Oettinger: .913
DeSmith: .916

Is it funny or is it more hair pulling frustration to see another example of the orgs incompetence? Cause I think it's kind of the latterRealised something funny today.

Between this, Gauthier recently lighting it up, watching Buium be the best player on the ice in the frozen four…: I’m ready to drink bleachRealised something funny today.

Why? Again, this is the "find out" stage for the Oldigarchy. I'm loving it. I hope there's so much egg on the org's face that it drips into the Schuylkill RiverBetween this, Gauthier recently lighting it up, watching Buium be the best player on the ice in the frozen four…: I’m ready to drink bleach
Maaad worldI find it kinda funny, I find it kinda sad
The team they call the Flyers is the worst we’ve ever had
It is ridiculous how he is still just carrying a team where everyone else is clearly either not good enough or already golfing in their mind.
5-0, Rangers? Nice rebound from yesterday. Go f*** yourselves.

I don't expect you to follow me closely (why should you?) but I am well aware how much reputation this franchise lost (again) with the hiring of Torts. I don't blame Gauthier for his decision, actually I understand it. I don't even wanna know how much more potential deals or acquisitions didn't work out beacuse people didn't want to be in Flyersland. All the first class organization thing only goes that far I guess. What do you mean forced? We should all be rooting for that kid.
Reminder: the flyers chose Torts over Frost, Farabee, and Gauthier only to fire him a few months later. A+
