Was always a Tomasino fan. Feel like he got a raw deal with Nashville. I’m shocked that’s all he returned, but the NHL is always ripe for buy lows. Unless you’re the Flyers.
I always like him as well. I haven't watched him religiously, but everytime I do, I think he's a decent player. Put up great metrics as a 20 year old, then they used him higher in the lineup, but he didn't produce... Used him as a bottom-6 type player since.

He's consistently been a good setter since his first year, it might just be a change in scenery will pick him up a bit. Or not, either way, there's enough there to like, both visually and in the numbers.

I don’t really understand why a team like Chicago or San Jose doesn’t pony up a slightly better pick. Pittsburgh is desperate, but that’s a no brainer even for them. There’s zero risk.

It makes me want to cry that a decrepit Erik Johnson at the deadline fetched a better value pick last year than 23 year old Tomasino. Rebuilding isn’t as hard as the Professionals make it look.
