Put me in the suprised bucket....

I know he's been great in the 5 games hes played, but I would have thought that they'd have maybe given the opportunity to Grebyonkin... simply to allow him to continue to be the Marlies 1st line centre and build more confidence.

Personally, I'm hoping they dont just stick him in Kampf's spot on the 4th line. Give him Robertson at the very least... heck, maybe give him Nylander and see what he can actually do.

If Grebenkin played centre, he would have probably started the season with the Maple Leafs. This is a pretty easy call-up given Kampf going down opens up a centre spot which also happens to be a weak spot for us. I’m hoping they stick Minten on the third line and move Lorentz as the 4th line centre in the meantime.

I wasn't when I watched him play Saturday a very mature pro game.
I noticed on the PK he was motiong players where to play
He seems to know where the puck is going when the oppotition player has the puck.
He's a smart safe player

A big opportunity for him to steal a job away from Holmberg once Kampf is healthy

I hope this to be true. But it feels like they wouldn’t risk putting Holmberg on waivers

With our center depth there just isn’t enough centers to call up Greb. I agree I thought he’d be the next call up too

Just hope they put him in the three hole, move Blackholeberg to the fourth. Give him some ice time and line mates. There's nothing this team needs more than center options, don't want to put pressure on the kid, but it would be great if shows well.

This is a pretty big opportunity for him. Wouldn’t be shocked if he stole someone’s job

Have barely watched the Marlies this year, but fingers crossed he makes a good impression. A home grown 3C solves a lot of problems moving forward
