Aren't you forgetting something here, Rangers fans..... you've also got Portland coming aboard rather than Greenville....with the links between Spectra, the XL Center, and who now owns/operates the franchise in Portland, and the relationship between Briere and Drury when they were both on the Avalanche....

I'm not forgetting the new ECHL franchise. What else am I forgetting?
According to Cap Friendly on June 7 Marek Mazanec signed a one year two way contract with the Rangers. The Rangers now have 5 goalies under contract for next year. While the Rangers could sign a veteran backup for Lundquist and have Mazanec and Giorgiev and in Hartford and Nell and Halverson in Portland, it seems more likely that the Rangers may believe that Mazanec or Giorgiev can serve as the backup.

Heck, id even shuttle Georgiev and Mazanec back and forth between the AHL and NHL for starts... why not... rebuilding anyway

Not a hockey news but it concerns Wolpack defenseman Hubert Labrie. His sister was murdered.
