Either the Habs players like something very much in that town that is not hockey related or the hotel where they stay is trash and they can't sleep. Or, I think it might always be the (near) end of a long trip.

Hard to believe we have such a crap record against a meh team but we usually play better against the better teams so maybe we sneak out a W - just need Sammy to stop the first few shots he faces to start a game for a change

They should just waive him. He hasn't played enough over the last 2 years. He doesn't have a spot in the lineup anymore and makes a fairly small line-up smaller. He also gets us to a 23 man roster, so something will have to happen to get Laine on the roster anyway.

Plus, it saves us $1.1m on the cap. Once he gets activated off LTIR, they should waive him. He won't get picked up.
