A place.
Yeo already said he's starting Backs

Welp, that's the game.

Seriously, Backs looked like **** out there last game. He's obviously tired. He needs a damned rest and a thorough physical to see if there's any kind of injury he's concealing. Give him a game or two off and let Hackett take a hack at it.

Get it? Hack at it? Cause hes Hackett...

Dammit, don't try to be funny after just waking up, or you'll end up like me!

Ugh, a 9 pm start when I happen to have a somewhat normal sleep schedule.

Oh **** its 1:30, I need to get to bed.

Well damn, there goes my sleep schedule..

You have it easy there :) I've seen about 15 games this year and I think none of them have started before 2am, some of the games started at 5am, which meant I got to go to sleep at like 8am

Good thing is I mostly worked evenings at the time but my current shifts are morning mostly... Means I don't get to watch this game either :( GO WILD!

Yeah I get the sick feeling that we're going to **** the bed on this one. We never play well in Vancouver and we never had. Backstrom obviously needs to rest. Mental as much as physical. Vancouver will get some fluky goal and then pop in two more quick ones all in the first period and then Hackett will get the nod for the second and third. Bouchard will be invisible. The only bright spots will be the usual. Suter and Brodin will look heavenly again but that's about all. Parise will probably score, as will Cullen because they are solid. As much as I'd love it, I just don't see us winning in that building against this team two times in a row and I don't think we can win three in a row we're already 0-6 trying for three in a row this year. Hopefully they prove me wrong. But I predict a 4-2 final Vanny.

Wild continue the offensive party.

Here's hoping for a Cloutier-esque goalie showing for Vancouver in our last divisional duel.

I predict a Wild win tonight even if we do suck in Vancouver, 3-2 wild. Our boys are going to be just as pumped as the nucks for this game

Backstrom starting? Yep, sorry but we're screwed. 4-2 Nucks.

I'd be happy with one point. Two would be golden.

We have played amazingly well lately, think about how we should have won against Anaheim. I will be shocked if we don't keep it super close tonight and maybe even win.

Was hoping for Hackett today as I think Backs needs a rest...but...I could also see sitting him vs Detroit instead.

Backstrom was shaky in his last start. I'm expecting a bounce back game for him and the D. (We've scored 11 in the last two games, but have given up 7, which is no bueno).

3-1 Wild. Goals by Seto, Cullen, and Spurgeon.

Have you considered, or do you have NHL game center live? I work the games so I use it to watch re-runs (of winning games, haha)

I just cancelled my GC subscription, mainly because I can't afford it this month. I'll maybe continue it next month though, but some Finns seem to have good luck with the streams, so I'll see the competition before shelling out almost 20€/month.

I think the current payment ends at 20th, so I should be able to watch tonight's game at least.

Yeo already said he's starting Backs

Yeo, "Well, we know he's looked pretty bad the last few games. Let in some softies and pretty much just thrown rebounds right to the other team. Hell! I had to ask Backs the other day, if he was getting kickbacks for every goal he lets in lately! Heh, I was joking of course... But yeah, we're going to go with Backs, because it's, uh, the best chance we got. Yeah."

Ah well. Backs at least looked good in teh third period of the last game... I'm hoping for more of that.

I also thought it would have been a good idea to give Backs some rest / maintenance. He looked very tired and slow after all. But apparently not.

Party on!

Don't see the Wild winning this. Bäckström needs a break, but looks like he isn't getting one. If he vacuums in 3-4 quick goals, I don't think we can score 4 or more on Luongo in Vancouver.
