4th line - he plays his best hockey and is scoring points ... so why the furor


Maybe Fletch and YEo think that your FBJ was relying too much on others to do the work when he was with the more skilled lines, and that they feel playing him on the 4th line will force him to be "da man" because he is the most skilled guy on that line?

Its like listening to a bunch of old ladies complain about the mail be delivered 10 minutes late.

Someone's having a bad day. When he was on the 2nd line, yes he was struggling but he's looked great since. Reward the kid and try him on the 2nd line again and see what he can do. It's just a waste of talent putting him on the forth line. He's not a grinder, he's a top 6 forward so put him where he belongs or send him down.

There are a lot of assumptions going on here........ The thing is good play should be rewarded and clearly he has been playing better hockey than Cullen and Brodzy for at least the past week or so. You can't stick him out with grinders and expect him to flash with little ice time.
