I wasn't sure this was thread worthy. I mean, is 300 wins really that rare that it's worth celebrating?

Well, as it turns out:

Andersen (296) and Hellebuyck (279) will also likely reach the 300 number this season. Varlamov is 14 wins away and will probably reach it next.

No other active goaltender is still a starter, good, and close. Saros might be next, but that could be 4-5 years.
