You would have to think he is approaching Markstrom like prospect status as a close to 6’7 goaltender with a remarkable skillset. A very intelligent kid as well, hopefully he can use that to self assess and improve on his weaknesses quickly.

I'm familiar with the Omaha Lancers but didn't know they were such a dumpster fire. Now Yegorov is playing big games in front of big crowds, in one of hockey's most competitive leagues. I'm sure Devils management is pleased with the move.

I enjoyed him stepping to #9's face. Kid is a gamer through and through.

Haven't been this excited about a goaltending prospect in quite some time, including Schmid/Daws.

The potential seems huge. Hopefully he pans out! Excited to follow his progress.

His numbers got better moving from the USHL to NCAA and harder competition.

I can only extrapolate a similar bump up if he came to the NHL. So he should start in the playoffs and a save percentage of about .940 is a reasonable expectation.
